Working with the General Convention Office, Church Publishing is pleased to offer the complete texts of the three major publications of the General Convention of the Episcopal Church, free of charge, on the Internet. Of the three books, Report to the 75th General Convention - Otherwise Known as The Blue Book - has the reports of the Committees, Commissions, Agencies, and Boards for this triennium and is in preparation for the upcoming General Convention. The Constitution and Canons and the Journal are publications from the 75th General Convention.

Please be aware that Adobe Reader is a large file (around 27.7MB) and may take a long time to download, depending on your connection speed to the Internet. However, you may already have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, since many software programs use Adobe Reader to distribute their manuals. If you are unsure whether or not you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, simply download one of the files above and try to open it.

If you do need to download Adobe Reader, and become frustrated with the long download time, you can purchase a full version of the software online or from your local software store. Adobe Reader is also included on the CD-ROM that accompanies the print version of each of the books above.
