The Rev. Canon Elizabeth Geitz is the canon for ministry development and deployment in the Episcopal Diocese of New Jersey. She is the award-winning author of seven books, including Fireweed Evangelism: Christian Hospitality in a Multifaith World and Gender and the Nicene Creed, and is an editor of the bestselling Women's Uncommon Prayers. A spirituality faculty member of the CREDO Institute, she has served as chaplain for national and regional conferences. She is also the recipient of the 2007 Distinguished Alumna Award from the General Theological Seminary.
