eCP: electronic Common Prayer 2.0 is a downloadable application for PalmOS handheld devices that puts services of the Book of Common Prayer and Daily Office readings and Eucharistic readings from the Revised Common Lectionary at your fingertips. The calendar screen shows today's date; the current liturgical season and color; the commemoration of the day; hyperlinked collects, prefaces, and full texts of Daily Office lessons, psalms, and gospel readings. The hyperlinked BCP services give you flexibility for hospital calls, outdoor celebrations, camp and daily personal devotions.

If your handheld device is not in this list, eCP will not run on your device.

The eCP application needs to be installed in the main memory of the Palm device (RAM). It is not possible to run this software from a Secure Digital (SD) memory card.

The eCP software has a very large set of data contained within it. For this reason, users must ensure that they have sufficient space in the main memory of their device in order to install the software. Users should have at least 10 MB of available space for version 2.0.

This software product is available online only, and cannot be purchased by telephone through our Customer Service department. It is non-refundable after installation.

NOTE: eCP does not support smartphone platforms such as iPhone, Android and WebOS.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR USERS: Many web browsers are configured to automatically block pop-up windows. Please configure your browser's pop-up blocker settings to allow pop-ups from www.churchpublishing.org. Also, many browsers, even after being configured to allow pop-ups from CPI, will still prevent files from being automatically downloaded. Watch for information bars that indicate that a download is being prevented, and click on the bar to see your options.
